I am still waiting! I had decide a couple of days ago to call the security/lost and found one more time and here we are, the worst of the worst: HE WASN'T ABLE TO FIND MY NAME, EVEN THE FORM THAT I HAVE COMPLETED WITH MY LOST DETAILS, PRICE, ITEMS, AMERICA & AUSTRALIANTELEPHONE NUMBER, BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE I ASKED A REFOUND. That was the 8th of March and guess what. The security promise me 'do not worry we will keep in touch with you in a few days'. after a few other bounce between front desk, lost and found, housekeeping and security finally I could fill up a lost and found form/paper. The housekeeping said 'I will call you back in 30 minutes' guess what.never append! Took us 2 hrs to get back!.
Pray to not forget anything people! I drove back to hard rock to collect what I had left behind after my fist phone call (first phone call bounced between three different people). But the most worst think is that I am still waiting a call from them regarding my lost during the stay. Drink and food are sufficient, luckily there is a pub just across the road.
Soon we figure out how much is poor and lack in whole sectors. At the first stage we booked this stay really exited because Hard Rock stile.
